If you have to eat gluten free, you might worry that you have to give up all the foods you love. If you have Celiac disease or gluten sensitivities, you know that you need to cut gluten from your diet to stay healthy and to prevent symptoms of your condition. Some people think this means giving up all the foods you love. Also, gluten is in practically everything! How do you get around it? I have a child who cannot eat gluten and I know how difficult it can be to work a diet around that. It seems like all the yummy kids’ foods like chicken, pizza, and pasta have gluten in them.
The great news is that there are many gluten-free alternatives to all the foods you love and I’ve compiled some of my favorites here in this round-up for you. These are recipes that actually taste good, too. I cannot tell you how many times we have tried gluten-free recipes that didn’t look or taste like the real thing. How much does that suck?
