With the holiday season right around the corner, I’ve been looking more and more into crafts and things we can make or do for the season. While we have store bought items, and items that were given to us, it’s also a lot of fun to have items that you make yourself. When you can DIY fun holiday items it adds a little special touch to them. When you make your own holiday items, you create something that lasts for generations in your family, but you also make memories in the process. When you make things together, you will build these memories together and that’s something very special that you get to keep forever.

When it comes to holiday DIY ideas, I love pillows. Holiday pillows all over the home will really get the whole place in the spirit of Christmas.

I love decorating with Christmas pillows during the holiday season. They give the room a completely different look and feel. They help to brighten up your décor while creating a festive environment that helps you get in the holiday spirit. I love pillows so much, and I always like to have throw pillows on my couches, my beds, and all around the house. They’re fun and they add so much to the decor.

The problem is that it can be difficult finding the right designs. I am always looking for those one-of-a-kind items that stand out or something to match my personality or mood but they’re hard to find. I would often go home empty handed but now I have a solution to that problem. I discovered a way to make my own Christmas pillows and it’s so easy that anyone can do it. Don’t worry if you’re not very good at sewing. Lollyjane.com’s 50+ DIY Christmas pillows tutorials will teach you how to make simple but gorgeous Christmas pillows for your home. They make great gifts for family and friends, too.

Oh my goodness, I would have never thought about DYIing Christmas throw pillows. I’m pretty sure I’d end up spending more money butchering the craft, though, than just buying them! Your guideline is easy to follow, though, and I love the idea.
